I love this small mindfulness kit from the design to the content. The write-ups and guide parts were actually way less than I thought and the content was mostly things that feel common sense, but I think that having space devoted to exactly one approach of journaling is the most important part of these journals! Journaling seems like A LOT when you don’t really know how to get started on it, so I appreciate this entry point to what surely will have me using other Mossery products for journaling!
I am starting with the first book about self care. looking forward to use it for next 3 months and give follow up feedback later
Flipping through them before starting, the few pages for each title subjects didn't seem like enough. Starting the first book, those few pages gave me enough without room to overthink or take on too much. They guide you well with the prompts, and though I'm still on the first book the progression laid out throughout the books feels satisfying & with intention.
Can't wait to start use it!
I've started my personal journey to better mental health late last year. One of the things my therapist encouraged me to learn more about and practice is self-care. As someone who doesn't really know how or when to care for myself, I'm hoping these books will help me finally achieve this. The books themselves are well-designed and the content reads with meaning and intention.
